Carolina Kostner
Carolina Kostner is one of the greatest figure skaters in Italian history. Born in Bolzano on February 8, 1987, she started skating at a very young age, at just four years old. Her career has been filled with success, thanks to her extraordinary elegance and her ability to captivate audiences with her performances.
A Precocious Talent
Carolina showed exceptional talent from the very beginning. Growing up in a family of athletes, she chose figure skating as her path, leaving alpine skiing behind, which she had practiced until the age of 12. Her determination led her to move to Germany to train with coach Michael Huth, a decision that proved to be crucial for her career.


International Success
Throughout her career, Carolina has won numerous titles and medals:

Bronze medal at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

World champion in 2012, with five other medals at the World Championships (silver in 2008 and 2013; bronze in 2005, 2011, and 2014).
